My Story

Growing up, I believed the path to love and acceptance was simple: work hard, make everyone proud, and never ask for too much.

I built a successful career, checked every box, and did everything I thought I was supposed to do.

Then my life changed forever.

First, my mom had an accident that left her paralyzed. Six months later my husband suffered a stroke. I needed to take care of the people I loved, but I ended up losing myself. Becoming a caregiver forced me to confront a question I had avoided for years:

Who am I if I'm not taking care of others?

That question changed everything.

Today, I help women answer it for themselves through coaching, yoga philosophy, and practices that make lasting change possible.
